We had so much fun planning and designing this engagement BBQ party for our clients…Here is what we proposed to them for inspiration of the way the event would feel. That Saturday it poured rain. But Classic Party Rentals came through and sub floored and tented for us a few days ahead. The guests can’t wait for the 3 day destination wedding in September! Kaitlin and I did much of the decor, made the napkin rings, ordered in the cool aged pots, and lanterns. Cody Floral design did the flowers for us. We found our linens through 3 companies to get the perfect look. La Tavola, Wildflower linens, and BBJ.

We had so much fun putting together this area for the guests to have their pictures taken in.
SBB Gourmet Cateringdid a fantastic job with an amazing spread of delicious food. Including the pie station for dessert.

Our bride and groom want to do the photo area again for their wedding which will have an island theme The wedding will take place at the bride’s parents home in Montecito.

Dwight Kennedy did such a great job providing the perfect background music for the event. Rentals by Classic Party Rentals. Lighting was created by Bella Vista Designs.

I so enjoyed planning this fun day for Ryan and Trish. The colors just were so beautiful at the Polo Club. We had perfect weather that day! My dear friend Melissa Musgrove captured all the details at the wedding, and Tim Halberg was so kind to assist her on the day of. Our hearts were overwhelmed thanks to the amazing talents and labor of love by many of our friends in the industry. La Tavola linens, Classic Party Rentals, Cody Floral Design, and La Fond & Pampered Palate Fine Catering at the Polo Club. Tracy Lazaro did an beautiful job on all the little special touches. Ambient Event Design, draped the ceremony structure, and added all the ambiance in our reception. Everyone really out did themselves and Kaitlin and I were able to relax and enjoy this wonderful family event.
